Everybody Dance!

The Fire Up Your Feet Challenge helped Beryl Heights Elementary School in California increase each student's physical activity to more than 60 minutes a day!

A Small Step Could Make a Big Change!

From Peiffer Elementary School- Sometimes a little step can lead to bigger changes, and this spring I watched a fourth grader take that first step towards a healthier school. Starting with his own classroom, he got all his classmates to sign a petition for a classroom policy change regarding recess.
