Spring Challenge Tracking Tips and Hints!
Easier than Ever to Add and Track for Multiple Individuals
If you’re tracking for large groups of students, creating groups is the fastest way to track activity for many students at once. Many coordinators choose to create a group for each classroom that is participating in the challenge.
CLICK on Group. Enter the name of your group.
CLICK on Participants. Add students to the group you just created. To save time when adding participants to each group select “add more” after you enter the first participant. The grade, school name and group will automatically populate in each row – all you have to do is type each name.
CLICK on Create Routines. Add a saved routine to your profile once and select from this list during the challenge when you track activity.
CLICK Log Activity. Select your saved routine and group. The participants associated with that group will have the activity from your saved routine tracked!
If a coordinator is already tracking activity for students they may want to send a letter home to let parents know their students’ activity is already being tracked by the school coordinator, but that they can get in on the action by registering and tracking their own activity.
